summer bargain 2011 -

I'm planning my shopping trip to tokyo this June/July. Would anyone try to predict in which week in July 2011 I will see the start of summer bargain by the major MEN's fashion stores (in Harajuku, Shibuya, Shinjuku)? I know that if I go too early, some stores may not have started the bargain while if I go too late, many sale items will be gone. Just trying to guess which week is best for me. Thanks!
