lolita inspired umbrellas? -

I love the look of lacy parasols and have been trying to find one that can stand up to rain. I found one I love on baby the stars shine bright, but I would like to get it from the U.S. if at all possible. I know people on here have their own sites so maybe one of you knows how to make what I'm talking about?
