Japanese Lolitas don't like rain!
 

Stopped by Harajuku last weekend to see if anything was going on, even though it was raining. Usually on Sundays there are Japanese lolitas and cosplayers on the bridge. But, with the rain on Sunday, there was no one on the bridge. I thought at least a few of the lolitas might be out with their umbrellas, but they were all in hiding. I wonder where they go when it rains.
