I saw a whole bunch of people that were really into JFashion, some cyber goth etc. It was surprising but pretty cool XD

I think Harajuku is wavering in popularity right now. Also it depends on whether you were there at the right time etc.

Like I said, I was there for most of the summer, and I went where there wasn't school...so I'm guessing unless these peopel go out on a Tuesday to show off their dreads, that I was hitting up Harajuku at the right time.

I would see tons of goths, lolis and cosplayers at the bridge at Harajuku... I think Sunday was the day to go...

Really? Maybe they found a new place to hang out. Who knows? The last time I was there was probably 4 years ago, so it's possible they aren't there on the weekends as much anymore...

My host brother told me that people don't do that anymore. I think it was very popular long ago, and now people don't do it as much.

That makes sense. I guess it would be hard to believe that fad would last forever (there in that spot).
