Because ppl here, at where I live, like to look normal or atleast like most of the crowd. =.=
So can't be VK when I go to school, the teachers would probably kick me out. Or when you need to do something for a school project, because the ppl here will just discriminate me more XD.

haha...people discriminate against (and for me) so much...
i sometimes just try new things just to see what people say xDD
and i usually get loads of mixed reactions, lolz >.>"

like the time that i wore my kitty outfit (cat tail/ears, collar w/ lace and bell, lol) to school....or when i went in a traditional japanese kimono....
or even that time when i went all black w/ teh face mask and everything.....
haha...lots of fun xDDD
well yeaaah...one teacher kicked me out..and i just ended up going home and sleeping ^^"

well nayway i've been called gay, a freak, uber cool, sexy, hot, cute, weird, abnormal...just a myriad of descriptions that i don't feel much to get in depth too xDDD
(btw..none of those stop me from doing what i do, if anything, it just makes me wanna do it more xD)

p.s. talk about social outcast, lmao <3

I don't really dress like anything, I'm just me ^-^

Though I did get the award for 'Most outrageous uniform' at my school Leaving assembly >.<

I guess I try sometimes, but it is quite difficult to find that kind of clothes where I live. I could ofcourse shop via internet, but i dont know much abot that. And it is a bit expensive for me.
And here, people can go to school dressed in whatever they want to, so that's not a problem to me:D.
But the other kids here don't take it positively.
When it comes to my parents, they don't get angry or anything, but they obvously don't like it. I guess they gave up.:mtongue:

I'm a VK female and have been for many years now (although I'm new on these forums today... hello! :ywave: ). That's not to say I dress VK all the time, because it's just not practical, haha. ^_^;; But then I don't think even renowned VK artists are fully kitted-out constantly anyway. But yeah... I have a fairly visual wardrobe and because I'm an artist by nature I like to experiment with my look. I don't have a lot of money to spend on clothes and products though so I tend to improvise a lot.

I'm also the vocalist and visual director for a UK-based visual kei band called Machina Shogunate. It's early days for us so don't expect too much but feel free to check us out. We really appreciate having new friends/supporters for our cause! Oh, and we call our movement "Gaijin Kei", hehe. :D
