Harajuku Cosplay Quiz with Pictures -

I just posted a few new pictures from the cosplay bridge in Harajuku, but I need help identifying some of the cosplay that the Japanese girls are doing. Maybe it's not exactly a cosplay quiz, but can anyone identify these cosplayers:
Three cosplayers in the same style?  A Japanese mummy?  Edward Scissorhands?  Japanese cosplay guy:  Closeup of one of the three Japanese girls from up top:  If you know who they are, post it and I will update the photo descriptions with the info. Thank you! There are more new pictures in the Harajuku fashion gallery, and I've got some more pictures that will be posted soon.

I think the girl in "mummy" costume is cosplaying a charachter "Lucy" from Elfen Lied
The picture with a person in a black suit with blond extensions, isn't it an Uruha cosplay?  I try to run away, forget it all… The years pass, but pain remains. These memories are like a thorn Embedded deep in my heart… It’s draining me drop by drop. I can’t stop thinking about the past The pain is too great, to just let it pass..

The "japanese cosplay guy" is one of my good friends lol
i couldn't believe it when i found his pic on this site X3  his favourite character is Dark Schneider from the manga Bastard! so i guess that what is inspired, but he used extensions^^
