Soup stocks - 03-28-2009, 10:59 AM

Hi guys, when you make soup stock and then you put it in the freezer, and lets say you want to make soup quick, how do you melt the cubes? Hot water in a havy bottomed pan? Al naturel? Microwave?

Just place it in a pot and turn the fire on. It'll melt pretty fast.
