Im not an expert on African food but I have had a few. Oxtail and rice, plantains, ostrich, lamb. All are great!

which ones.. all of them? The only one that I can see sounding revolting is the oxtail. But ostrich is pretty much like a steak, its very red meat. Plantains are amazing, pretty much just bananas (i think they are better)
