Food question

I would like a recipe to make teriyaki sauce.
Make sure it is kosher please. :vsign:

Can you give us a list of Kosher ingredients?

TY sauce is mainly soy sauce and mirin. I would suggest that if you buy the ingredients from a good supplier then the sauce is vegitarian.
If in doubt then take the sauce to the local rabbi for a blessing for your dressing ;)

lol. Kosher, is just no shellfish, or pork, basicly.

Do you need to make it? If you want to buy it, Soy Vay Enterprises, Inc., Sauces, Marinades, and Dressing has Kosher Asian sauces.

I wouldn't mind making it. I'll buy if I have to.

eeeh.... teriyaki is basically soy sauce, mirin, and sugar.. .>.>'''
that's.... all it is...
if you buy it premade.. it comes w/ fructose corn syrup.. .water... and a mess load of preservatives o.O"
soo.. yea...
either do the work and figure out the ratios yourself or just buy it from the store =P

the former takes more work but it's well worth the reward ^^
