Just google a recipe lazy-bum. It's pretty easy, but a bit long-winded, so set aside a day to make it and do a big batch, and then freeze or jar anything you don't eat straight away.
You can also make white anko using white beans. |

:P there's loads around, but if you can't find one that suits you, let us know. The main thing is getting hold of the aduki beans. I buy them frozen or tinned, because dried ones take forever to soak.
