Ballpark figure for naganegi price?

I'm writing a Japanese menu for a school project, and need to cost the items. One of my dishes calls for naganegi, and I can't find a price anywhere online (obviously, since you can't ship produce cost-effectively).

Can anyone give me an estimate of what they run? I can convert the currency and the units, but I really don't want to have to substitute leeks or scallions.

Thanks in advance!

Edit: Add hakusai to that, too. All I can find are seeds. You've let me down, Google Shopping!

Yesterday it was 120 yen for a pack of 3 stalks of naganegi.
Hakusai is usually around 200 yen a head, but in season (winter) it can drop to 100...

lol No wonder why you keep saying you hate Tokyo. It's around 100 yen per stalk where I live. :D
