Japanese Lemon Slices?

I heard about making Japanese honey lemon slices but i have a question. I saw a product where u put lemon slices and sugar in a container, then let it sit over night in the fridge. Could someone please tell me what recipe this is. Thanks
( saw in manga if anyone wants to know =P, seemed interesting)

The recipe I always practice is :
Lemon(or kumquat if you like)
Honey(instead of sugar)will be fine
You can mix all and steam them, after that bring to fridge
After 1 hour, you can enjoy^^

It is really very nice recipe. I will try it in few days. I hope that I will make it very delicious as You have enjoyed it. I will try to make it using the lemon flavour and use the honey in place of the sugar.

Or if you have a Japanese or Korean grocery store in the area, check the aisle with tea. You will find jars of this made with lemon, citron, plum :) and maybe other fruits as well.
