Natural Healthy Japanese Cookbooks

Can anyone point in the direction to find healthy Japanese cookbooks which include Fish, vegetables, tofu, seaweed, soups, wakame, lots of greens, satsumaimo potatoes ( my favss) etc…just all around healthy natural foods from back home to prevent disease and nourish the skin and whole body.

Gosh, I cant wait to go back home :)

An English version would be good too

No need for the hostility, if you cannot contribute a useful answer, why contribute at all? Seriously.

I have already tried Google, Amazon and other places on the net. I cant seem to find what I’m looking for.

Try Bing.com since its supposed(with the keyword being supposed) to the best search engine to date.Either way good luck and hopefully you will find it

Google is a pretty useful tool, in my opinion, I'm not being hostile by suggesting it.
You never mentioned that you had even tried to look on your own for a cookbook, why should I assume that you had attempted a Google search?

EDIT: Amazon.com: Easy & Healthy Japanese Food for the American Kitchen…
Amazon.com: Healthy Japanese Cooking (9780834803978): Hiroko Fukuhara: Books
| Best Japanese Taste Of Home Cookbook | Taste Of Home Recipe | Japanese Cooking Recipes |

Googled it.
Good luck in finding what you need. There are tons of online recipies you might want to look in to trying, too (to me, they're easier to follow than a cookbook, plus they're free!).
