Japanese Regional Foods/ Etiquette/Cooking Style -

I'm just curious are there any differences between kansai, kantou and chubu cooking methods/ way of eating (habits) based on it's regional specialties? I've been searching on some websites and they don't really mention much about it. If anyone has some info about it it would be gladly appreciated! Thanks!
