Hello hello!
For a couple years I have been trying to figure out this dish my Japanese teacher cooked in her rice cooker during class. Upon random internet searches, I had no luck :[, so I am now asking for your help!
Unfortunately, I do not remember all of the ingredients she used. This is what I remember:
-Sticky Rice
-Mushrooms (long, thing, small heads)
-Tofu (probably fried, also-long/noodle like)
-Sesame Seeds (unsure)
-I am not sure if there were any sauces introduced into the rice cooker, but I remembered that the rice was still white when I ate it, so there might have not been any discoloration type of sauces or if any.
I hope this is enough information for anyone to think of any similar dish to this. It may as well be her own recipe, but any name will do!
