I love sushi, you love sushi, we all love sushi (with the notable exception of those who do not love sushi but the don't count).

This thread is dedicated to the fine art of sushi, making sushi, eating sushi.

Here I have a whole bunch of hi-res picture of various sushi flavors. All nigiri sushi.

These are also nigiri sushi, except for the gunkan-maki (second-last, with the cucumbers)

Is that a seaweed warped around the sushi?

i love sushi!!!! in fact i have a buffet by me which has over 25 types of Sushi and omg.. no joke i'm there almost every week:p

Sushi anecdote :

The very first time I made my own sushi they were salmond, cucumber and avocado maki. I used wasabi straight from a tube which was my first mistake. My second mistake was to put too much wasabi in the rolls. XD

Mother kindly said to me : "Avary-chan, your sushi are so good they bring tears to our eyes" lol

Now I use powdered wasabi and I know just how much wasabi to put in my sushi. I learned from trial and error ^^;
