But, yeah, that reads as "Jiiru Miira".

You can replace both イs with a ー, which extends vowel sounds in Katakana words, rather than using another letter. So I believe it would be "ジール ミーラ".

You could translate Mark in two different ways. I've seen it done both ways many times.

Maaku (マーク) or
Maruku (マルク)
