you can write your name as it is. but japanese will pronounce as follows.
アシュレイ(a-shu-ray) or アシュレー(a-shu-reh) or アシュリー(a-shu-rii)

is your name that common? it sounds so cute for japanese.

if you are chinese, why don't you write it in chinese chracters? japnese will pronouce it in japanese reading, like 胡　錦濤 is Ko Kintou.
if you are not, i think you should use your original language. anyway japanese can't pronounce it so they will change your name easier to pronounce.
