Hello! Some help please?

Hello! I am quite new here. I was told that you can actually get some help with learning Japanese. I took one year of the class so far... but that was a year ago. I only remember some basic stuff (mainly things that sensei made us repeat one bajillion times).
Basically, I am wondering if anyone is able to help me. I have MSN and Yahoo messenger so it would be easier to have some one-on-one teaching/learning time. Even a really good website link would be nice too.
