I want to learn how to speak Japaneses
which would be the best ways to learn it?
there are no teacher/tutors that i know of in Miami
help??

I am sure there are tons of Japanese teachers and tutors in Miami. And that will be the best way for you to start. Try Craig's List.

I have a japanese penpal. we write to each other everyday, and it's really helpful for me. maybe you could do that.

I agree with MMM on the tutor, though.
