"Lately I've even come to think it wouldn't be so bad to [go and] fail, you know" I put [go and] in there because it makes sense in my own colloquial English backround, but I'm not sure if its proper English, so its probably safer to leave out, despite it matching the original more closely, and doesn't change the meaning of the sentence. I'd like someone to offer another opinion too, since I'm relatively new to the translating business |
I would see it more as
