if there was it would just be in hiragana and wouldn't have English meanings

Solution:
First of all stop using Internet Explorer and download Firefox. Then go in internet and look for a firefox add-on called Rikaichan. Last place your cursor on a kanji character that you find in internet and you will get reading and translation. Easy!
