先週隣に引越して来た人は、とても男らしい人だそうだ

先週隣に引越して来た人は、とてもハンサムらしいよ

Depending on the context, but I THINK, らしい = "As it appears"

From what I've learned about rashii in lectures I think it means that you have obtained the information before it from a reliable source but there maybe other meanings to it also

what godwine said, but for this one its more of an adjective
男らしい人 basically means "manly person"

I think it means like hearsay, "I heard that you said so so so..."
