Nagoyankee can you explain it or at least the reading of it? Sainyuu means re-enter but what has the third kanji to do with it? And which reading you use? (ryoku, riki or rii...hee hee long time to study a bunch of kanji readings by heart and when I face them I don't know which reading to pick)
|
Not Nagoyankee, but I`ll help.
入力 is used for the entry of fields - usually text fields. Online, it`s used for "text entry", or "fill in". It`s not split into 再入 and 力, but rather 再 is applied to 入力. So it`s basically "re-enter text". In this case, 入力 is one word read as nyuuryoku. |

再入力 = さいにゅうりょく 再(さい) = again 入力(にゅうりょく) = entering or inputting information Do NOT think of this term as 再入 + 力. Think of it as 再 + 入力. You need to learn this kanji 再 as you will see it again and again. EDIT: Nyororin beat me to it. |
The "enter" here is to do with inputting so 入力 "nyuuryoku" is used.
Oh geez, I'm so slow.. |
Thank you everyone, I appreciate the (multiple hee hee) explanation.
