Hey, the guy above me is correct, but he forgot to translate one bit. He left out "daizyoobu (daijoubu)". This means "Are you alright?"

So it's -
Really? That's very interesting...
Are you alright?
DO you need a hug? And some tasty pie too?

And to point out, "pie" isn't the Japanese word for "pie," either. "Pie" (English) is "pai" (Japanese).

But it's clear the person intended to say "pai" from the use of "tasty" right before it.
