I am writing a letter to the singer of one of my favorite J-Rock bands, and I was wondering if someone could tell me how you say 'I love you' in Japanese. Please help as soon as you can.

あいしてる (aishiteru) means "I love you" in a romantic way. Don't say that.
If you want to say you love them as an artist, say 大好き （だいすき） Oh! I wish I was in the land of Ramen Otaku there are not downtrodden Kawaii! Kawaii! Kawaii, Desu Ne! MAXIMUM VIPER Defender of the Scholar, Scourge of the Otaku, Savior of Japan

Sure. I just hope you're not seriously planning on writing a letter to a Japanese man entirely in Romaji.
