ガク兄ん家にパーティお呼ばれしたり　＝　がくにいん ちにパーティおよばれしたり

兄 is read not に but　にい. 兄（あに） and　兄（にい） are never interchageable. I explained the difference in the usage in the other thread.

You seem to have a bad habit of double-posting only with slightly different questions asked in them. This will confuse the other members as well as yourself.

Name/Nickname/Pronoun + ん +　家（read as ち） = that person's house. This is a colloquial form with an exceptional reading of the klanji 家.

ピーターん家（ピーターんち） = Peter's place.

オレん家（おれんち） = my house.

たなかさん家（たなかさんち） = Mr. Tanaka's home. （ん is omitted because たなかさん ends in ん）
