Kirakira san, since we are talking about 時 I have a question. It is something I have noticed and actually I have noticed the same thing for ため as well. The particle に after 時 (take the 2 phrases used as example in this thread) is optional? I mean, I have seen many times 時 used as "when", but not always it has the に after it. Now, being 時 a time marker, it should always have に after it, but as I said I have noticed many times it is not used it.

Shad0w, you need to shut the hell up. Need I point out that your "location" in your profile is a really, really, really terrible mistake form of イギリス? There's no such thing as インガーランド. Unless you live in a place called "Ingarland." Even if you wanted to katakanize "England," it would be イングランド. イングランド - Wikipedia

So I suggest you immediately back the hell off.

And you just keep digging yourself in a hole, claiming that French and Portuguese are similar to English. Only a person with an extremely superficial knowledge of the those two languages would claim such a thing.

Perhaps some vocabulary is similar. But the grammar is sufficiently different that claiming otherwise makes you look like a first-year student.

Perhaps learning Japanese has fried your brain...
