I would think ジャポクロと。。。maybe? I'm not sure, but there are definately some guys that could tell you on here

I think that is an awful name for a blog and I know some Japanese would find it offensive.

It's derogatory in Japan itself. Even Japanese people who don't study English know what it means.

To second MMM, I'd avoid the use of "Jap" if I were you.
As a happy bonus, "J" is typically used as a prefix for "things Japanese" even in Japan. Try JCult. Although then it sounds like it's a cult of people obsessed with Japanese things.
I would just go with JCulture, personally. Jカルチャー
