I`m assuming you`re talking about the message in the chat box?
I can`t make out the last kanji in the handle, but he`s saying ありがとうございます - Thank you.

Yeah, assuming you're wanting that thing in the white box, Nyororin is correct. But then there are some SJIS art (stars and such) that I can't really make out and so I gave up after reading what Nyororin said.

It's just an emoticon. It looks like this (ノ‘A’) except the mouth is just a little different.
