I need help saying this is cute isn't it? and i need to know some other common phrases please help!?

Depends on who is talking to whom and what is being referred to.

Some Generic Examples:

これかわいいですよね。
これってかわいいですね。
これかわいいでしょう。
これかわいいでしょ。
これかわいいっしょ。
どう、これかわいいでしょ。
etc.

As for other "common" phrases, you would need to give us specific ones in English first. There are literally thousands of "common" phrases.
