Help with error message

i was playing taiko no tatsujin wii 2 and then i came across this error message



but what does it says???? someone please help me translate this message...

The text is kind of blurry. The first line says that it can't read the disk.
Second line looks something like "Please consult your instruction manual for details." or something to that effect.

sorry about the blurry text, i had to take a photo of the tv with my cellphone camera...

well i think i'll try to clean my disc then ^^

Wait, do you have a Japanese Wii, or did you figure out a way to get Japanese Wii games to run on a different Wii.
