千節な総局

What? How did you get this translation?

MMM 02-09-2010 09:21 PM

千節な総局

Wow! I want to know how you made this from "Sweet Sonata" too.

northstation 02-09-2010 09:23 PM

aha okay well either way any correct translation suggestions for that?

OzukakiBurasuki 02-09-2010 09:24 PM

Isn't Sonata just ソナタ?

MMM 02-09-2010 09:27 PM

甘いソナタ could work, or just do it all in katakana...

スウィート・ソナタ

jesselt 02-09-2010 09:31 PM

スウィート・ソナタ sounds best in my opinion.

Yeah, this says something like "a thousand node-ish Directorates General"

I'm just shocked/amused at the combination of how wrong it was with the OP's complete lack of doubt about the chosen vocabulary. I recall being very, very paranoid about being wrong. Heck, I'm still paranoid about being wrong when writing something permanent.

MMM 02-09-2010 11:46 PM

It appears the OP has been sufficiently shamed.

Aw. I hope he doesn't learn shame. OP should learn paranoia!

OP, you shouldn't be ashamed of making mistakes in Japanese. You should just learn to bajillituple-check your work.
