hairdressing help!
 

Hi! I am living in Osaka and my friend is visiting me from Australia. She is a hairdresser and I have asked her to bleach my hair. I want to buy some bleach from the chemist, and some toner so my hair will go white instead of yellow.

How can I ask for bleach? And most importantly, how can I ask for toner? And is there hair stripper in Japan to strip out previous hair dye?
