translate a complaint? -

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone will be willing to translate a complaint for me?
Im wanting to write in to a management company, because the official fanclub I'm apart of for a band won't ship the fanclub live tickets abroad (they ship with eplus, which won't ship outside of Japan). Everything else is sent with EMS, it's just these tickets. Would anyone be willing to lend a help to translate an email? |

I'm going to guess, "So they can hold them for you/give them to you once you're in Japan."

Oh, no. I am a member of the fanclub, and I do fly to Japan to see the concerts. I get all the other fanclub benifits shipped to me abroad no problem. Even the normal, non-fanclub tickets are EMS. It just happens that for 1 product, the fanclub ones, they use a different shipping service, and I was wanting to address it.
I can still get my tickets, but I will have to use a Japanese fan who will charge comission and such. |
