This is my first post, whoopie!
My name is Crystal, I''m 16 and from Washington State, USA. I have been studying Japanese on and off for years now, most of what I first learned has been forgotten... I was actually first inspired to learn due to my love for Miyazaki films, the first of which was Majo no Takkyuubin, or Kiki's Delivery Service in English. At first I had thought it was a Disney film, as I had the Disney dubbed ver., but later learned this strange drawing style and the Studio logo at the beginning belonged to the Japanese animation studio, Ghibli. And it was that-and my drive make movies with Ghibli- that led me to want to study Japanese. I have taken no real classes, what I know is self taught. Anyone wanna help? =P

Ew a new person....
Jk!!!! im new too. (just started yesterday) i thought i was the only one, so glad im not alone. YAY!!!! By the way welcome to japan forum. From what ive experienced so far this is an awesome website. The people are nice and they will answer anything, and i mean ANYTHING. (As long as its japan related and *cough* legal) Well...... Bye Bye~
