It would be very great if someone could tell me what this means. Also, is it correct when i say that 人仁 should be pronounced as "tonii"?

Unless it is a name belonging to a japanese national, then no, and even in that case, it's unusual. The characters separately mean 'person' and 'benevolence', although the second one has several meanings. Together, they do not mean ~anything~, it's basically nonsense, and I kinda doubt any japanese person reading it would pick up on 'tonii' without prompting either.

If you asked 100 Japanese to read that phrase ZERO would say "tonii".

It would more likely read as "ninjin" (after several moments of consideration).

If you are trying to write "Tony" in kanji, there are lots of "TO" and "NI" kanji.
