(You will be working today, aren't you?)

(You are going to work today, aren't you?)

(You are going to the office/company today, aren't you?)

今日会社あるんでしょう？

Not sure about the first and last sentences though.

ところで、日本語で「Could I also say xxx？」ってどう言うんでしょうか。

「IT業界に勤める。」は正しく、かつ自然な表現です。

「Could I also say xxx？」　＝　「ＸＸＸ　と言う事もできますか。」 or 「ＸＸＸ　とも言えますか。」

You are going too literally. All of these mean the same thing.

今日会社でしょう？ You have work today, dontcha? (said to someone who works at a company)

今日仕事でしょう？
(You work today, aren't you?)

今日お勤めでしょう？
(You will be working today, aren't you?)

今日仕事行くんでしょう？
(You are going to work today, aren't you?)

今日会社行くんでしょう？
(You are going to the office/company today, aren't you?)

今日会社あるんでしょう？ You have work today, dontcha? (said to a company employee.)

Hi masaegu san, I would like to know what is the correct way of asking "Is your wife working in Japan?"

I remember asking my teacher that by saying "奥さんは日本で働いてる?", but I am not sure if I was correct.

You need to put that in the question form. What you did is just add a question mark to a statement!

How about "奥さんは日本で働いてるんですか?"

Correct except for the question mark. In casual writing, this would be OK.

Can I also say: "奥さんは日本で勤めるんですか."
