Presumably, pressing the button will extend the "Child Lock" by three hours, during which none of the 'adjust' buttons can work just so a kid doesn't mess around with your settings or something. (which can be dangerous) I suppose there must be some way to turn it off.
4) On/Off
Yes, this is a heater. I'd assumed that it was some kind of high-tech electric water heater, which is incorrect.
Previous translations should still be valid though.

first of all thank you man for your help, this device i tried all my best to find any manual for it but i could not.. this device is National OH-D50 and its oil heater for living rooms.
