Translation help (kanji in photo)

I come here to ask for help in translating this kanji on a train I saw in Nikko. It was a limited express Series 183 at the JR Nikko Station.... It seemed to be reserved for school kids visiting the World Heritage sites in Nikko.... Any help would be greatly appreciated....
