Unusual Request and Help

I am still learning Japanese and am working on a Radio ad for a station that I DJ for. subspace-radio.net (if anyone wants to check it out)

Anyways, we are doing a "What's your Game" ad and I got my script; I'm a translator and I need to say a couple lines in Japanese I got some of it down; but I need to know what the correct way to say

"One moment Please"

It is "Chotto matte kudasai" right?

And also, brings me to a request: I need someone to send me a couple of takes with the line:

Japanese capt- (in japanese) ~"special delivery for commander Jahner"~

Reason I am requesting this? No one else on the station can do lines in Japanese and I said I would ask here to see if anyone would be willing to help with this.

If you could, thank you so much!

My email you can send it to is (email removed; was starting to get spambots? o.O)

" delivery for commander Jahner"
ヤーナー将軍にお届けものです。
I'm not sure if you can put "special" anywhere in that sentence.
And I'm not sure if "special delivery" has any real meaning in English anymore anyway. I don't think we even have such a classification with the mail now. I think it's just a set phrase meaning "I have a delivery, and it's important."

If no native steps forward in the next couple days and volunteers, shoot me a PM and I can do the recording. I can fake a good native accent for very short phrases like this. :)

Is it Commander, the naval rank, or Commander, as a general term for officers in command?

Note that a Naval Captain also outranks a Naval Commander.

It doesn't have to be native Japanese, just sounding fluent is what were looking at. I can also send a part of the script to give an idea where were trying to go with the script.

That would be awesome if you could make one! I would appreciate it so much!

It's a general commander rank, not naval :)

Thank you so much again! :D

bumping topic here. If this is not allowed, please just let me know :) I just noticed that it did fall down, and I would still love it if someone could do that simple line for me.

Thanks again!

A few caveats:
1. I'm not a native Japanese speaker
2. I haven't spoken Japanese in a while so my tongue moves like an old man in the language
3. I have never done Japanese voice acting work. I would have just PMed my friend who is in Japan for voice acting school, but she's been really run ragged by school + work + tsunami.
4. I assumed Jahner was German and not English for the translation.

At least this is better than nothing.

It's understandable, I wasnt expecting a native; because I know whats going on down in Japan; its horrible; but I know Japan will become better and stronger after all this. Just a matter of time is all. ...

Back to topic here though:

Thanks for the clip, it was great :)
Jahner is the name of the station manager; hes going to be in the script later on.

The part this is for - getting a delivery for Jahner; who wants wants his Sake and Bloodwine (Star Trek reference)
