I am able to read the bottom character as "made" but am unable to identify the others. A kind assist would be most welcomed.

I doubt it, as the sig looks different. Then again, my signatures on my works vary nearly every time i sign. If it is , however, the person you have linked to, it's a she:

as i said, this is not 幸, in my opinion.
edit: ok i had a look into the calligraphy dictionary and it does look closer to 幸 than 華. Two dots cut through the bottom line of the 土、which is then extended and curved (for whatever reason). That kanji is badly disfigured. |
