華舟作 imho - the characters are deformed on purpose - as any signature
(though technically, 華 and 作 are ovrdone)

I thought it is 南舟作. Or 幸舟作.

definitely not 南, however, let me look up the calligraphy dictionary later on and see what forms 華 can have. I doubt it is 幸, as the top radical of it 土 which is clearly not there. So i think that he used semi cursive form of 草冠, thats all.

Thank you, I got it. :)
Then he/she may be 安藤 華舟, or maybe not.

I doubt it, as the sig looks different. Then again, my signatures on my works vary nearly every time i sign. If it is , however, the person you have linked to, it's a she:

There is no seal on the item you have, is there? Also it would be helpful to know what kind of art she is into. The artist you linked to paints flowers, hence her 雅号 (alias) - Flower (petal) Vessel (華舟).

幸舟 作?
Is it a signature written in what kind of work?

as i said, this is not 幸, in my opinion.

edit: ok i had a look into the calligraphy dictionary and it does look closer to 幸 than 華.
Two dots cut through the bottom line of the 土、which is then extended and curved (for whatever reason). That kanji is badly disfigured.
