Help me recognize this katakana character?

Hey, I have this string of characters:

^ I highlighted the character that I'm unsure of.

These characters represent "Mirukuseeki" in Romaji, which translates to "Milkshake" in English. The characters I do understand:

Mi-ru-ku-(see)-ki

The highlighted character represents see, but I'm not sure of any characters that can create a "see" sound, besides:
セエ "se + e"

Thanks for any help!

It elongates the vowel sound, like エレベーター erebeetaa elevator. Not a very good example XD

Ah, thanks! That's exactly what I was going for.

I changed the example because giving my name as one was kind of a bad idea hope elevator helps more :)

In hiragana, you elongate vowels (formally) with an い or う or あ (normally). In katakana, you elongate vowels (formally) with ー.

I say "formally" because, informally, you'll see manga with stuff like なぁ or な〜, too.

Not quite.

ミルクセーキ ≠ milkshake = シェーキ or シェイク

There is no icecream in ミルクセーキ. Never seen anything even close to it in North America.

Maybe it's European style milkshake. It's not compulsory to put ice cream in it to make it a 'shake' over here. I know everywhere I've worked hasn't.
