First time here. I've read the rules. Hopefully won't make any mistakes. :)

I recently came across this text from a card game's card but never got around to knowing what it meant. If someone could translate it, I'd appreciate it.

I don't really know Japanese. This was just something I found and really wanted to know what the text said.

The only bit of Japanese I can make out is of the katakana chart.
