Hi,
Could somebody please help me with this translation?  This is M. Bison's (Vega in Japan) arcade flyer text from "Street Fighter II' - Championship Edition". I was already told what the text from the original game ("Street Fighter II - The World Warrior") meant, but this one here seems to be another text. Could you please tell me what it says?
