A little problem -

I don't feel right doing this but right now I have no other choice, so forgive me.
 Anyway I registered a Japanese account on another site but accidentally clicked the deregistration link that came along with the activation email. Since I only know basic Japanese and have never wrote a formal email before I need some help translating a paragraph. -- Hi, a while back when I registered my account I accidentally went an clicked the deactivation link that was included within the email I got when I registered. Is it possible that I could get the account restored? Many thanks. -- Sure I could use something like google translate but I'd rather get into the community and learn something.
