You would normally say "Tsukiatte kudasai"
I`ve never heard anyone ever say "kanojo" in a plea. You just... don`t.
"Tsukiatte kudasai" is the normal way to say it.
If anyone is trying to find me… Tamyuun on Instagram is probably the easiest.

Doesn't that mean "please go on a date (with me)"? Or perhaps I'm misremembering.

No, it literally means "please date" - but is used as "Please date me" - in other words, be my girlfriend or boyfriend.

In Hiragana:
つきあってください
In Kanji, as it would normally be written:
付き合って下さい

First, you should put her name in Katakana.
Wait, I`ll just rewrite the thing;
クリスさん、君の事大好きです。 付き合って下さい。
You don`t need to say "I" or to put the お願いします on the end - the ください is enough. (Not to mention they are never used together.)
If anyone is trying to find me… Tamyuun on Instagram is probably the easiest.
