"つかれました:TSUKARE-MASHITA" will be ranslated as "I have been tired up". You have just gone through tough days or hours.

When you are still in the tough days, you will say "つかれます:TSUKARE-MASU;I am being tired". It could not be translated properly in English (or I can not).
