Google translates it as "幸福はガラスに似ている:KOUFUKU WA GARASU NI NITE-IRU". It is quite correct.

Are you satisfied ? It depends on your purpose of this translation if the translation is good enough.

It looks correct to me. I would have used SHIAWASE but KOUFUKU seems more appropriate. Will learn why exactly NI and IRU are used

"NI" is used to indicate direction like as "to" in "resemble to".

"IRU" means "exist" and works as be-verb.
